Hindalco Industries allots 1255 Equity Shares

Hindalco Industries Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors vide their resolution dated January 14, 2010 has allotted 1255 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each to the optionee, pursuant to the exercise of the options granted to the employees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.166.60, down by Rs.4.45 or 2.60%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.172 and low of Rs.166.10.

The total traded quantity was 644524 compared to 2 week average of 2582495.
