ITC allots 7288560 Shares

ITC Ltd has announced that the Company on December 23, 2009 has issued and allotted 72,88,560 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each, upon exercise of 7,28,856 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from December 23, 2009, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 379,53,25,160/- divided into 379,53,25,160 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.251, up by Rs.0.20 or 0.08%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.253.90 and low of Rs.250.
