Hotel Leelaventure to repurchase outstanding US$ Zero Coupon FCC Bonds - Due 2012 partially

Hotel Leelaventure Ltd has announced that the Company is considering partial repurchase of outstanding zero coupon Convertible Bonds due in 2012 and listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. Such purchase shall be effected subject to availability of bonds at terms acceptable to the Company. The Company has appointed Kotak Mahindra UK Ltd. for the same.

The stock closed the day at Rs.44.60, up by Rs.1.10 or 2.53%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.45.50 and low of Rs.44.10.

The total traded quantity was 437672 compared to 2 week average of 611045.
