Avance Technologies to consider preferential issue on Dec 15, 2009

Avance Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 15, 2009 to consider Preferential Issue of Shares/ Convertible Warrants, to various allottees, the pricing and other formalities would be as per the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.
