Net 4 India allots 1697812 shares to Madison India Capital

Net 4 India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 05, 2009, have allotted 1697812 equity shares to M/s. Madison India Capital HC on a preferential basis on the terms and conditions as approved by the shareholders in their Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on November 09, 2009.

The Board also accepted the resignation of Ms. Biba Sawhney, Director with immediate effect.

The stock was trading at Rs.87, up by Rs.0.80 or 0.93%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.88.70 and low of Rs.86.35.

The total traded quantity was 23434 compared to 2 week average of 35153.
