Strides Arcolab Ltd allots 30000 Equity Shares to employees on exercise of ESOPs

Strides Arcolab Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 30,000 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- each under Strides Arcolab ESOP 2006 Scheme.

Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 401,856,140 consisting of 40,185,614 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 402,156,140 consisting of 40,215,614 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.220.90, up by Rs.3.45 or 1.59%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.221 and low of Rs.218.

The total traded quantity was 5802 compared to 2 week average of 192358.
