ITC allots 115020 Shares

ITC Ltd has announced that the Company on November 27, 2009 has issued and allotted 1,15,020 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each, upon exercise of 11,502 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from November 27, 2009, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 378,80,36,600/- divided into 378,80,36,600 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.256.75, down by Rs.1.70 or 0.66%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.260.40 and low of Rs.255.15.

The total traded quantity was 263360 compared to 2 week average of 533509.
