Clarus Finance to consider allotment of shares on Dec 05, 2009

Clarus Finance & Securities Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 05, 2009, to allot the shares to the persons as approved by the members at the Annual general Meeting held on October 27, 2009 on a preferential basis.
