Powersoft Global Solutions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 30, 2009, has allotted 10,750,000 Warrants for Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 7/- per Warrant to Promoter & Strategic Investors.

The stock was trading at Rs.25.30, up by Rs.0.65 or 2.64%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.25.75 and low of Rs.24.40.
