Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd has announced that on exercise of the options by the employees, the Company has allotted 1096750 equity shares to 354 employees at the Allotment Committee's Meeting held on November 10, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.436.40, up by Rs.0.60 or 0.14%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.441.50 and low of Rs.433.10.
