Indo Green Projects to increase authorised share capital

Indo Green Projects Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 17, 2009, inter alia, has approved the increase in Authorised Share Capital from Rs. 15 Crores to Rs. 25 Crores by creation of 1,00,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each subject to the shareholders approval at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting instead of Re-classification of the existing Preference Shares into Equity Shares as decided in the previous hoard Meeting held on October 12, 2009.

The Board will convene Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on December 17, 2009.

The stock last traded at Rs.37.40, down by Rs.0.05 or 0.13%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.37.40 and low of Rs.37.40.
