Oricon Enterprises to consider FCD issue on Nov 05, 2009

Oricon Enterprises Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 05, 2009, inter alia, to consider the issue and allotment of Fully Convertible Debentures (FCD) on preferential allotment basis, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company and other appropriate authorities.

The stock was trading at Rs.175.45, up by Rs.8.35 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.175.45 and low of Rs.162.
