HDFC Ltd allots 43746 Shares pursuant to conversion of FCCBs

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced that the Corporation on October 29, 2009, allotted 43,746 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to conversion of FCCBs by bondholders.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 285,29,22,080 consisting 28,52,92,208 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2674.70, up by Rs.7.70 or 0.29%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2714.90 and low of Rs.2621.

The total traded quantity was 108331 compared to 2 week average of 72644.
