EPC Industrie to consider issue of shares on Oct 30, 2009

EPC Industrie Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2009 to consider and approve issue of Shares on Preferential Basis.

The Board will take on record the Un-audited Fin. Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2009.

The stock was trading at Rs.48, up by Rs.1.75 or 3.78%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.48.55 and low of Rs.48.

The total traded quantity was 1968 compared to 2 week average of 2240.
