Jyoti Structures allots 28900 Equity Shares

Jyoti Structures Ltd has announced that Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors by Circulatory Resolution dated October 09, 2009, has allotted 28,900 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each arising out of Stock Options granted to the employees of the Company under Employees Stock Option Scheme.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of 28,900 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 16,36,38,630 divided into 8,18,19,315 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.151.05 down by Rs 1.45 or 0.95%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs 155.95 and intraday low of Rs 151.

The total traded quantity was 27069 compared to 2 week average of 72893.
