Geodesic allots 28825 shares

Geodesic Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 09, 2009, has allotted 28,825 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each, upon exercise of 28,825 options by Optionees under the Geodesic Employee Stock Option Plan 2002 granted in 2006.

Consequently, with effect from October 09, 2009, the issued, subscribed and paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 184,487,598/- divided into 9,22,43,799 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.123.85 down by Rs 2.10 or 1.67%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs 130.95 and intraday low of Rs 122.50.

The total traded quantity was 108847 compared to 2 week average of 116166.
