Sadhana Nitro to consider raising resources on Oct 15, 2009

Sadhana Nitro Chem Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 15, 2009, inter alia, to consider, increase in authorised capital to enable Company to consider further resource raising through suitable instrument at future date.

The stock closed the day at Rs.18.90, down by Rs.0.95 or 4.79%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.20.80 and low of Rs.18.90.

The total traded quantity was 3900 compared to 2 week average of 9172.
