Marg allots 1562100 shares on conversion of warrants

Marg Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Capital Issues and Allotment Committee was held on September 29, 2009 and the Committee has allotted 1,562,100 equity shares upon conversion of warrants. Out of the above 1,450,000 shares were allotted to promoters and 112,100 shares were allotted to non promoters.

The stock closed the day at Rs.152.85, up by Rs.5 or 3.38%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.154.90 and low of Rs.150.

The total traded quantity was 54302 compared to 2 week average of 84857.
