Shree Nath Commercial to consider preferential issue on Sep 22, 2009

Shree Nath Commercial & Finance Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 22, 2009, inter alia, to consider the proposal for appointment of Smt. Tanu Agrawal as additional Director.

The Board will consider the proposal to decide record date for issue of Bonus Shares. At the AGM held on September 18, 2009, it is approved by members for issue of bonus shares in the proportion of Three bonus shares for every one equity shares held by members.

The Board will Consider the proposal to shift Registered office with in City. Presently Registered office is situated at S.P. 18, S.P. Business Centre, Prakash Chambers, 77 Nagindas Master Road, Mumbai - 400001. It is proposed to shift at E-109, Crystal Plaza, New Link Road, Andheri (W), Mumbai - 400 053.

The Board will also consider the proposal for issue of shares on preferential basis. The company is planning to expand the business. To meet the requirement of funds it is suggestion to raise the fund by preferential issue.
