Real Strips to issue 10 lakh shares, warrants

Real Strips Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 16, 2009, has proposed to issue 10,00,000 equity shares to strategic investors and 10,00,000 convertible warrants to promoter / promoter group on preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.50.55, down by Rs.1.85 or 3.53%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.54 and low of Rs.50.15.

The total traded quantity was 16187 compared to 2 week average of 31944.
