Bank of India raises Rs 500 crores on August 28, 2009

Bank of India has announced that the Bank has raised Tier- II Capital through issue of Upper Tier-II Capital Bonds of Rs. 500 Crores on August 28, 2009. The coupon rate is 8.50% p.a. and tenure is 15 years with a Call Option after 10 years.

The stock was trading at Rs.336.20, up by Rs.1.15 or 0.34%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.338.40 and low of Rs.333.55.

The total traded quantity was 272505 compared to 2 week average of 216700.
