Gayatri Projects to consider allotment of 10 lakh warrants on Sep 14, 2009

Gayatri Projects Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 14, 2009, inter alia, for considering the allotment of 10,00,000 Warrants convertible into Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 132.52/- per share on preferential basis to the Promoters.

The stock was trading at Rs.299.80, up by Rs.5.05 or 1.71%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.304 and low of Rs.296.

The total traded quantity was 51737 compared to 2 week average of 86442.
