Balrampur Chini Mills allots 1218750 Equity Shares

Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 1218750 equity shares of Re. 1/- each at a price of Rs. 45 per share (including a premium of Rs. 44 per share) on September 05, 2009, to the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme.
