Modern Malleables allots 105000000 shares

Modern Malleables Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 25, 2009, has been allotted 10,50,00,000 equity shares of Re 1/- each to the behest of promoters themselves, friends & associates on preferential basis.
