Gruh Finance allots 5000 equity shares

Gruh Finance Ltd has announced that the Company on August 13, 2009, allotted 5,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees / directors.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs 34,65,69,600 consisting 3,46,56,960 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.191.20, up by Rs.0.50 or 0.26%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.194.40 and low of Rs.189.25.

The total traded quantity was 1366 compared to 2 week average of 8937.
