JRG Securities allots 88420 shares

JRG Securities Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 24, 2009, inter alia, has allotted 88420 shares to JRG ESOP Trust being the shares vested and exercisable by the option holders under the ESOP 2005 scheme which has been merged with the ESOP 2008 scheme.
