KS Oils opens US$ 15 Million GDR issue

KS Oils Ltd has announced that the GDR's Issue of the Company will be opened on July 13, 2009 and propose to be closed on July 15, 2009 to raise up to USD 15 Million.

The stock closed the day at Rs.49.20, down by Rs.1 or 1.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.49.85 and low of Rs.47.60.

The total traded quantity was 943438 compared to 2 week average of 1019081.
