TeleCanor Global to consider forfeiture of shares on Jul 11, 2009

TeleCanor Global Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 11, 2009, inter alia, to consider steps for recovering the balance amount of share application money before forfeiting shares issued at the IPO during 1995.

The stock closed the day at Rs.27.75, up by Rs.2.50 or 9.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.27.75 and low of Rs.24.25.
