Man Aluminium withdraws Preferential issue of warrants

Man Aluminium Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 01, 2008 had decided to offer, issue and allot 3,00,000 convertible Warrants to Promoters of the Company on Preferential basis. The same was approved by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on September 26, 2008. However after due consideration the Management and the Board of Director in their meeting held on June 16, 2009 has decided to cancel and withdraw the preferential issue of warrants.
