DMC International allots shares on merger

DMC International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 22, 2009, inter alia, has allotted 15046800 equity shares to the shareholders of Swen Realty and Media Ltd pursuant to Hon'ble High Court of Delhi's approved merger of Swen Realty and Media Ltd with the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.6.47, down by Rs.0.34 or 4.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.6.47 and low of Rs.6.47.

The total traded quantity was 6911 compared to 2 week average of 21356.
