Jaihind Projects to issue 25 lakh warrants

Jaihind Projects Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2009, inter alia, decided to issue 2500000 Convertible Warrants as per SEBI Guidelines to Promoters and Others.

To Convene Extra Ordinary General Meeting on June 22, 2009 for Special Resolution under 81(1)(A) of The Companies Act, 1956 authorizing the Board to issue aforesaid Convertible Warrants.

The stock was trading at Rs.80, up by Rs.3.80 or 4.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.80 and low of Rs.78.05.

The total traded quantity was 3247 compared to 2 week average of 4428.
