Malwa Cotton to allot 11 lakh warrants on May 19, 2009

Malwa Cotton Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 19, 2009, to allot 11,00,000 equity share warrants to the promoters of the Company on preferential basis as per SEBI Guidelines.
