1950000 warrants of Ansal Housing lapse

Ansal Housing & Construction Ltd has announced that 19,50,000 equity warrants issued on preferential basis to independent parties on February 19, 2008 have lapsed on February 18, 2009 due to non-exercise of equity warrants.

The stock was trading at Rs.30.75, up by Rs.0.40 or 1.32%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.31 and low of Rs.30.
