Greycells Entertainment to issue shares to Kosmic Film Entertainment Company Pvt Ltd

Greycells Entertainment Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 07, 2006, inter alia, to consider issue of majority equity stake in the Company to Kosmic Film Entertainment Company Pvt Ltd @ Rs 20/- per share (inclusive of a premium of Rs 10/- per share) on a preferential basis, subject to the requisite approvals.
