United Credit to consider acquiring stake in Nanotech Products Ltd

United Credit Ltd has announced that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 29, 2006, inter alia, to consider subscribing for equity shares of Rs 10/- each of United Nanotech Products Ltd upto a maximum of 7,50,000 shares.

On allotment of such shares, the Company would become the holding Company of United Nanotech Products Ltd.
