Magnum Ventures to issue 30 lakh warrants

Magnum Ventures Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 04, 2009, inter alia, decided to offer and issue - 30,00,000 convertible warrants of the Company on preferential allotment basis in terms of the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Disclosure & Investors Protection) Guidelines, 2000, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 and other applicable provisions, if any, and subject to the approval of the members of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.6.05, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.83%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.6.38 and low of Rs.5.87.

The total traded quantity was 11443 compared to 2 week average of 18887.
