JIK Industries allots 513050 shares as per BIFR order

JIK Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 26, 2009, inter alia, has allotted 5,13,050 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at par to Promoter as per Hon'ble BIFR Order dated August 26, 2008.

The stock closed the day at Rs.8.89, down by Rs.0.01 or 0.11%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.9.50 and low of Rs.7.50.
