SGN Telecoms allots 1.2 Crore warrants

SGN Telecoms Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 28, 2009, has allotted 1,20,00,000/- convertible warrants to Mr. Surinder Singh at Rs 1.03 each.
