Indiaco Ventures to consider allotment of securities on Feb 12, 2009

Indiaco Ventures Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2009, to consider and approve allotment of 11221 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 940/- each to 'Jabali Finance Co. Ltd.' and 1,65,300 Warrants convertible into Equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 640/- each to promoters & others on preferential basis.

Iaquavit Management Services Pvt. Ltd - 1,12,000 warrants (Promoter group Company);
Lupine Venture Pvt. Ltd- 28,000 warrants; and
Mr. Vinayak Bhattacharjee- 25,300 warrants.
