Shiva Cement to consider allotment of warrants

Shiva Cement Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2006, to consider the allotment of 1,50,00,000 Nos. Equity shares upon conversion of Equity share warrants to Promoters, Directors, their relatives and domestic strategic investors.
