Era Financial to issue shares and warrats on preferential basis

Era Financial Services India Ltd has announced the company has utilised the proceeds of Rs 16,57,67,500/- from preferential issue of equity shares and convertible warrants in the last quarter ending on June 30, 2006 except that Rs 2,67,500 which were lying in the bank pending utilization. The same has been utilized for meeting working capital requirement during the quarter ending September 30, 2006.
