United Breweries allots 42,180 shares to Mangalore Breweries shareholders

United Breweries Ltd has announced that as per the terms contained in the Composite Scheme of Arrangement amalgamating Mangalore Breweries and Distilleries Ltd (a subsidiary company) into the Company approved by the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka, the Company has allotted 42,180 equity shares of Rs 1/- each in the Company to the existing equity shareholders of Mangalore Breweries and Distilleries Ltd.
