Simplex Projects Cancels issue of Preferential Equity Warrants

Simplex Projects Ltd has announced that the Shareholders of the Company at the 18th Annual General Meeting held on September 22, 2008 had given their consent pursuant to Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 to issue 8,00,000 convertible equity warrants to M/s. Safforn Finpro Distributors Pvt. Ltd having its office at Bhoomi Green, Raheja Estate, Kulupwadi, Borivali (East), Maharashtra 400066.

The Stock closed on Friday at Rs.53.20, up by Rs.3.10 or 6.19%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.58.30 and low of Rs.53.

The total traded quantity was 165 compared to 2 week average of 1603.
