Vyapar Industries extends time for conversion of warrants

Vyapar Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 22, 2008, inter alia, has approved the extension of period for exercising the option for conversion of the 15,00,000 convertible warrants into equity shares by a further period of 6 months i.e. upto May 08, 2009.
