Karma Ispat allots shares on conversion of warrants

Karma Ispat Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 16, 2008, has allotted detached fully paid equity shares of Rs 10/- each to persons who have opted for conversion of warrants.
