Comfort Intech converts 2850000 warrants

Comfort Intech Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 11, 2008, inter alia, has converted the 28,50,000 warrants into Equity Capital of 28,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs 17.11/- (face value 10/- and 7.11/- premium) each and allotted 28,50,000 Equity Shares which were issued on conversion of out of 60,00,000 warrants in to 60,00,000 Equity Shares on preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.18.15, down by Rs.0.80 or 4.22%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.18.90 and low of Rs.17.15.

The total traded quantity was 1649 compared to 2 week average of 11103.
