Intense Technologies to issue 900000 warrants

Intense Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 30, 2008, inter alia, has proposed for issue of 9,00,000 equity warrants, convertible into equity shares, to ISON Infotel Pvt. Ltd, at a price to be arrived at in terms of SEBI guidelines and subject to all such approvals as may be required.
