Panchsheel Organics to issue shares on preferential basis

Panchsheel Organics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2008, has decided / approved issue of Equity Shares on Preferential allotment basis to the Aopogee Pharma Inc., New York, USA and Apex International Fzc. Sharjan and others, subject to approval of the Member of the Company and subject to SEBI Guidelines and applicable regulations.
