Jaihind Projects to issue 20 Lakh warrants

Jaihind Projects Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 22, 2008, inter alia, has decided to issue 2000000 (Twenty Lacs) Convertible Warrants on preferential basis as per SEBI Guidelines and for the purpose to pass the Special Resolution under section 81 (1A) of the Companies Act, 1956.
