MPC Synergy to invest Euro 200 Million in Phoenix Mills SPV

Phoenix Mills Ltd has announced that MPC Synergy, a German based Company will be investing up to EURO 200 million at the SPV level of the Phoenix Mills Group as well as the EWDPL Group.

Phoenix Mills holds about 42% stake in EWDPL India Pvt. Ltd.

The Phoenix Mills stock was trading at Rs.178.15, up by Rs.10.10 or 6.01%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.184.85 and low of Rs.174.

The total traded quantity was 76925 compared to 2 week average of 31269.
